Memberships
Becoming a member at CrossFit Unbounded is simple! New members will go through a personal assessment where we will determine your personal goals to determine which of our programs best for you. TRIAL CLASS
Don't want to wait? At CrossFit Unbounded you can try out a class to get a sense of what we are about. We offer trial classes for a one-time fee of $25 without registration. All trial classes are to be scheduled through the front desk/Online and must be paid for in advance. If you decide to join those $25 will then be applied towards you first months membership!
CrossFit Group Session
In our one hour CrossFit group sessions we focus on a fitness program that is general, broad and inclusive. The goal is to prepare our bodies and mind to accomplish any task or endeavor we set out to do. Whether you want to run an obstacle race, marathon, gain strength, hike up Mount Everest, play at your local softball league, or simply look better naked, Our CrossFit group sessions will help us be the jack of all trades. We will train functional movements that ultimately will help us kick ass in our 90’s and crush life.

This dynamic class welcomes children ages 5 - 10, with a special twist! If your little Champion falls under 5, they're more than welcome to join, but just remember to bring along their biggest cheerleader - you!
Parents will actively participate alongside their mini-mes, guiding them through playful challenges, scaled-down exercises and teamwork activities.
